ASC operate a telephone technical support service which is available to all customers during normal office hours at no additional cost
Maritime customers enjoy 24/7 telephone technical support as a standard component of Maritime Services, and is also available to all other customers on a per site basis for customers with less than 5 remote sites. 24/7 support for customers with large multi-site operations is developed on a case by case basis in order to ensure the most appropriate and cost effective service is proposed.
ASC also undertake onsite activities, from installation and commissioning to service calls as determined by specific customer requirements. Onsite service calls can be part of a scheduled maintenance programme or on an incident driven basis.
