Australian Satellite Communications has available to its client a 24x7x365 technical support. This round the clock service is available as a service contract with a nominal additional charge to your normal monthly service charges. Our valued clients can choose to pay a call out charge on an ad hock basis when and if the need arises. Please note that the service contract faults will take precedence over the ad hock calls.
In the unlikely event that you need our assistance just phone +61 08 8443 9844 and you will be directed to either our service department or our afterhours support team. During normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8am-6pm) you will be attended to straight away by the service team. After 6pm and before 8am you will be answered by our afterhour’s answering service that will contact a technician and have the technician call you back as soon as possible.
We pride ourselves on our support of our network and have in place escalation processes that ensure your fault is attended to and restored in the fastest possible time. The technician attending to your fault has the support of our engineering and management teams and if required additional resources can be called into action.
